CoralMacFarland Coral MacFarland Thuet's new CD, “Abriendo Puertas”, is now available. The feedback we have received has been fantastic. You are going to love this music.

Vocals - Coral MacFarland Thuet
Guitar - Stephen O'Connor
Sax and flute - John Rekevics
Cello - Mary Szanto

Abriendo Puertas - This adventurous CD is a compilation of Latin 'standards' taken from the most beloved composers of Central and South America. It's a rich tapestry of flute, cello, voice and acoustic guitar that captures the 'corazon' of the beauty of life south of the border. Mary Szanto, from the San Diego Symphony, plays a most sensuous and rich cello interweaving with John Rekevic's flute and sax responses. The arrangements, all prepared by Stephen O'Connor, weave a texture that embraces Coral MacFarland Thuet's voice like a musical cradle. All this is set to the strains of Stephen's beautiful guitar work. This group brings to life traditional melodies in a new and exciting way that leaves the listener wanting more.

CoralMacFarland Thuet's Coral MacFarland Thuet's new CD, “Live at L’Escale” is now available.

Vocals - Coral MacFarland Thuet
Guitar - Stephen O'Connor
Bass - Bill Andrews
Drums - Carlos Vasquez

Live at L’Escale - This CD captures Coral and Stephen live at L'Escale in San Diego. They're accompanied by the amazing Latin drumming talent of Carlos Vasquez and the ever supportive bass playing of Bill Andrews. The music swings freely from the ever popular 'Besame Mucho' to the sultry 'Willow Weep for Me'. Coral and Stephen show their musical empathy on the rich ballad 'Skylark' while Carlos displays his Latin command on 'Softly, As in a Morning Sunrise'. The setting is beyond forgetting, the music sublime!

All in all, this has been a very busy and productive year for InnerFocusMusic.  We would like to thank you all for your enthusiasm and continued support.

During the year of 2001-02 Stephen was commissioned to compose and produce a score for Stone Mountain State Park in Stone Mountain, Georgia.  The score was to accompany a 4D sensorial movie (the 4 dimensions- sight, sound, texture and odor) scheduled for viewing in the new theater being built.

"This was a challenging assignment in that the coordination of the various elements with an overall southern ambiance was demanded. The show rips! It's very funny as well as touching." Stephen O'Connor

When in the Atlanta area be sure to make this show a part of your experience and enjoy yet another aspect of InnerFocusMusic.

In 1999-2000, Stephen was again commissioned to compose and produce a score for the chilling and haunted "Ghosts and Legends of the Queen Mary". This show, open to the public at the ship's dock in Long Beach, California, is based off supposedly true sightings and bizarre events that took place on the Queen Mary during the WW2 era.

"The lower engine room of the ship is probably the most awesome room  I've ever seen for another filming of "Aliens". It is a scary place, at best. The show, complete with apparitions, scared even me!  Stephen O'Connor. Be sure not to miss this production..
